Directions to Sleepy Hollow Retreat via Highway 71

Address: 2803 Hwy 71, West Okoboji, IA 51355

If You’re Coming from the North (Spirit Lake / MN border):

• Head south on Highway 71 through Spirit Lake.

• Continue past the Arnolds Park amusement area.

• Watch for The Okoboji Store on your right — you're getting close!

• Just after that, look for Oleson Landscaping on the right side of the road.

• Turn right into the gravel driveway at Oleson Landscaping.

• Follow the gravel road west into the trees — Sleepy Hollow Retreat is at the end of the drive.

If You’re Coming from the South (Milford / Spencer / IA-86):

• Travel north on Highway 71 into West Okoboji.

• Continue past the entrance to Pike’s Point State Park (on your left).

• Look for Oleson Landscaping on your left-hand side.

• Turn left into the gravel driveway at Oleson Landscaping.

• Follow the gravel road into the wooded area — Sleepy Hollow Retreat will be straight ahead.

Parking

• Plenty of off-street parking is available next to the home.

• Space is available for multiple vehicles, trailers, or boats.
